NM3 developed a series of custom furniture and spatial elements for the headquarters of Reference Studios in Milan, located within a historic residential building.

The project integrates bespoke stainless steel pieces into an existing interior characterized by parquet flooring, decorative windows, and original wood frames.

The intervention includes modular worktables, storage and display systems, mobile clothing racks, stools, podiums, and low tables. All elements are designed as flexible systems to accommodate office, showroom, and meeting functions.

A curved clothing rack on wheels defines a semi-enclosed lounge area, while linear rack systems and display modules structure the showroom without permanent partitions. A custom ceiling grid for the lighting system was also developed: a complex structure designed to integrate with the existing architecture and ceiling, providing a consistent overhead framework.

The furniture and lighting infrastructure operate together as a functional and spatial system within the existing context.
