ECCO FUTURA — custom meeting tables
Tønder, Denmark

ECCO FUTURA is the first building designed by NM3, transforming a former research and development facility at ECCO's headquarters into the company's design department. Bookshelf steel systems and custom display structures define the interior framework across both floors.

Organised over two floors, the project operates as a continuous spatial system characterised by a black palette. All furniture elements are treated in black glass and black powder-coated metal, consistent with the structural façade elements.

The ground level combines workstations and display areas within an open layout, centred around a custom seven-metre table, the same modular display system developed for the Product Building, and a dedicated lounge area.

A full-height wall-mounted custom bookshelf steel display for shoes extends from the ground floor to the upper floor. The upper floor also introduces pivoting doors for flexibility between work and meeting spaces, complemented by movable racks and custom meeting tables.

A suspended ceiling grid coordinates lighting and technical systems, establishing a clear and consistent order throughout the interior.
